Celebrating client happiness and knowledge transfer

20-Oct-09, Categories: Credit Management

Whilst the Arum team works hard to ensure that all the client projects that we work on achieve their aims, it is always very pleasing when projects that we have been involved in are seen within the client organisation as particularly successful. That an organisation is prepared to publicise that success both internally and publically is I think a great measure of this.

It was nice therefore to receive an email yesterday from Raiffeissen Bank Aval with a link to a Raiffeisen International newsletter published on the internet talking about a project in which we were involved.

What I particularly like about this is that the tone is Bank Aval being successful with Arum’s assistance. This is how I want us to work with our clients, providing skills, knowledge and experience but also transferring knowledge so that our clients can be more effective and successful in the future without our help. People sometimes ask me whether this is doing us out of further consultancy … my answer is “well possibly, but we want our clients to be the best they can with our help and (because of the skills, knowledge and techniques that our team is continually evolving) that we will always have new ideas for any operation to improve.” I also think that this kind of collaborative consultancy is best practice and builds relationships that will endure.
