What our management dashboard does

DiDo is the working name for our management dashboard application that will soon be available. It will monitor and improve the operational performance of credit management and debt collection operations and will also provide analytical and forecasting tools with real-time alert capability.

How you benefit

Management information can be worthless unless it helps you improve performance. Monthly reports tell you what you should have done a month ago, weekly reports a week ago and so on. Not only that but today’s collection centres use many tools and applications to address their workload and management information has to be retrieved from them all, often in different centres, combined, and the important KPIs identified. Then, having got all that, you have to identify areas that need addressing and fix them.

• You had a dashboard on your screen from your collection application, dialler et al with all your KPIs reported
• The dashboard was updated in real time
• It allowed you to drill down for detailed components on the KPIs
