In the April edition of Credit Control Journal, Arum has warned that while we are still recovering from the 2009 financial crisis another “I” of the storm is gathering its forces – the conundrum of Interest rates, Inflation, and their effect on Income, spending and ability to pay.

In Credit and Collections we are currently within the “I” of a storm. When we are once again hit with its full force the environment in which we operate will become more turbulent. Those businesses that are optimising their systems and processes, and embracing the benefits of Data and Analytics, will be best placed to weather the storm.

Being held at the Connaught Rooms in London the impressive list of speakers includes Raymond Jack, former Managing Director of ScottishPower Energy Retail and now an Arum Principal Associate Consultant, who will be chairing the event.
