Arum is pleased to announce that we will be sponsoring the Money Advice Scotland Conference in June 2012 for the third year.

Peter Maguire, Director Collections Strategy and Operations at Arum, said:

Arum will also be running a communications skills workshop at the Conference that should help advisers in their conversations with clients. The EQ for Communications workshop will be a cut down version of Arum’s innovative course that has already been rolled out to a number of creditors.
