Arum has been involved in the development of Rich Internet Applications (RIAs) since the term came into use in 2002, working alongside RIA evangelists, iteration::two, and Adobe Consulting on numerous projects. In 2007 we became formal partners with Adobe in this area and made our knowledge and experience available to our clients on a professional services basis.

Our team has particular experience in the project management of RIA applications and in their development using Adobe’s LiveCycle products and associated tools such as Flex, LiveCycle Data Services, Cairngorm etc.

Arum is also the developer of an open source RIA modular framework known as Solstice.  This forward thinking architecture combines Flex and OSGi to create dynamic, component oriented rich server and rich client applications – allowing them to be flexible, scalable and easily customisable based on the customer’s requirements.
