Rich Internet Applications
Having our own development team working on Rich Internet Applications allows Arum to provide bespoke solutions for our clients. We work closely with our major partner in this area, Adobe, to lead and support new application development, primarily in the banking and utilities sectors.
Wayleaves/Mast Interference
Providing on-site or remote system support to utility sector clients who use the Wayleaves Payment Management System (known as Mast Interference in Ireland), Arum assists clients to manage peaks in workload, make configuration changes, fix support issues and answer questions.
