With 14 years consultancy experience during which he successfully delivered major collections and recovery consultancy and change, Aleks is now Managing Director of Arum. Aleks has been responsible for the development of Arum's entire collections and recovery business and technical consultancy. As Principal Consultant he continues to provide business and project 'healthchecks', best practice and project turnaround consultancy, training and mentoring. Over 30 years experience in the Credit Risk and Collections arena operating at both senior operational and consultancy levels. This, for the past 9 years has included leading and managing a multitude of credit management consultancy projects in over 20 countries. Currently operating as Principal Consultant for Arum, Peter heads up the Business Consultancy arm where he is responsible for the successful delivery of a range of business improvement and turnaround projects from initial objective setting and strategising to successful implementation and roll out. For over 10 years now he has successfully managed enterprise accounts and sold financial services solutions in the UK and overseas including continental Europe, the Middle East and South Africa. Harry had a 37 year career in the insurance industry, mainly in marketing roles, and was responsible for the development and promotion of many niche products and markets. In his final role before retirement his responsibilities included the CRM system, E-commerce, brand management, corporate planning, research and internal and external communications. Harry joined Arum to assist the managing director with marketing and business management and his current role encompasses general accounting, company administration and secretarial matters.

He also has a key role in recruiting our team. Alistair has been working in IT for over 20 years in a number of sectors as a member of corporate IT teams, CTO and as an external consultant. Pawel is a Junior Developer / Interaction Designer who recently graduated from Heriot Watt University. He specializes in user centered design, paper prototyping and web applications. Pawel is currently working on HCI aspect of Arum's dashboard products as a part of Shell STEP placement programs. He will soon begin his PhD research into multimodal interactions with RIA while still continuing to work with Arum.

One of the outstanding students in Edinburgh Napier University's BEng Software Engineering course, Dean will be with us until summer 2010 under Edinburgh Napier's Work Based Learning scheme. Dean has already achieved several merit grades in his studies. He is complementing his theoretical knowledge with commercial experience at Arum before returning to Edinburgh Napier to resume his studies. His main programming languages at Arum are Java and Flex.
