Aleks Tomczyk, Chief Executive of Arum, will today be a panellist at the Citi Technology for Integrity Event (T4I) launch in Edinburgh. The event, in association with Scottish Financial Enterprise (SFE) and hosted by HBJ Gateley, will discuss the evolving FinTech landscape in Scotland and “how these new technologies can be utilised to tackle integrity-compromising issues in the financial ecosystem.”
The event will be opened by an address from Paul Wheelhouse Scottish Government Minister for Business, Innovation and Energy. It also features a panel chaired by SFE CEO Graeme Jones and contributions from David Ferguson, CEO at Nucleus Financial in his role as HM Treasury FinTech Envoy for Scotland.
Aleks will join a panel to focus upon Innovation and Collaboration that will be chaired by Citi Global Consumer Banking CEO Stephen Bird and also including Alex Ford, a Vice-President at Australian FinTech Encompass.
Aleks said “FinTech is an exciting area right now with lots going on in Scotland, the UK and around the world. I am looking forward to an energising and informative discussion around the Scottish launch of Citi’s very impressive global T4I initiative.”
