Arum is pleased to announce that Charlie Horner has been appointed as the Product and Solution Designer for both Arum and its sister company, Just.
Charlie’s blend of collections domain knowledge, coupled with his broader commercial business experience, will help Arum to bring new products and services into our suite of offerings, in line with our vision to improve the way the world manages credit.
Charlie has 25 years’ experience working within collections and recoveries and has previously held senior positions at both Experian and TDX Group. He successfully led high profile advisory engagements across the UK and Europe, including working with several leading European banks, the UK’s largest energy and water companies, and major central government departments. He has also executed over £300m of debt sales for a range of clients including two of the UK’s largest creditors.
Charlie commented “I’m looking forward to working with the experienced teams at Arum and Just, especially as the current situation we’re facing will certainly result in unprecedented challenges for our industry. I’ve already started work on my first solution and will be bringing this to market very soon.”
Andrew Pritchard, Chief Executive Officer at Arum, added, “We are excited to welcome Charlie to the team and learn from his decades of experience in this industry. We are confident he will help us drive the business forward and help our clients across the credit industry, especially during these difficult times.”

Just is a digital marketplace offering judgment creditors access to the best available high court enforcement companies throughout England and Wales.
Providing a fully comprehensive service, Just drives the enforcement strategy, manages the processes and monitors compliance, ensuring that money owed has the absolute best chance of recovery while also protecting the rights of the debtor and creditor alike.
Just has an extensive panel of High Court enforcement companies covering every square inch of England and Wales, each panel member is trained, monitored and audited to ensure excellent service, delivery standards and compliance. As a digital marketplace that sits between creditors and enforcement providers, Just has its own Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer and instructs enforcement agencies under its own authority to act and only after the initial compliance processes have been followed.
Just believe change is needed to create a more compliant industry that protects the interests of both the creditor and debtor. By implementing strict performance indicators with its panel of enforcement agencies, using technological innovations, and applying data science and behavioural insights to its processes, Just will help to build a better, stronger, fairer and more trusted high court enforcement industry.
