Arum has successfully gained several worldclass, globally recognised accreditations, which demonstrate that we follow best practice and that our business is managed in line with international recommendations.
You can expect quality, confidence, trust and security from Arum across all these key areas.
We have the following accreditations:
What is the ISO?
- The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an independent, standard-setting body recognised in 161 countries. It promotes worldwide proprietary, industrial and commercial standards. These standards provide world-class specifications for services and systems, saving businesses and consumers from having to carry out their own compliance research. Arum’s certification process was performed by an external certification body, HSEQ Smart.
Cyber Essentials Plus
What is the Cyber Essentials Plus certification?
The Cyber Essentials certification means that Arum's ICT defences have been assessed as satisfactory against commodity based cyber-attack. Cyber Essentials Plus means an additional hands-on technical verification was carried out.
Credit Services Association
Arum is a certified Supplier Member of the CSA, demonstrating that Arum is recognised as an organisation that upholds a high standard of quality within the credit industry and as members are held to a Code of Practice and monitored for compliance.
The CSA is the only National Trade Association in the UK for companies active in the debt collection and debt purchase industry. It has a history dating back to 1906, and has around 300 member companies who employ 11,000 people. Its members hold up to £60bn for collection, returning nearly £3bn in collections to the UK economy per annum. As the voice of the collections industry, their vision is to build confidence in debt collection by making the entire process clear, easy to understand and less stressful for all those involved.
Arum has satisfied all the requirements to become fully registered on the FSQS supplier qualification system, as set out by participating buying organisations.
What is FSQS Registration?
FSQS (Financial Services Qualification System) is a community of financial institutions including banks, building societies, insurance companies and investment services, collaborating to agree a single standard for collecting the increasing amount and complexity of third party information needed to demonstrate compliance to regulators, internal policies and governance controls.
