Jason has been working for the largest collections and recoveries companies for over two decades, having served in management and director positions for Experian and TDX.

Carlos joined Arum in April 2021 having spent the past 30+ years working in financial services and is a specialist within collections and recoveries. Carlos will lead Arum and Just’s continued growth and success, helping UK and international creditors support their customers, especially as we all navigate the many challenges brought about by the recent pandemic. 

Matt has over two decades of experience in financial services, specialising in credit and collections, technology deployment and business transformation. His previous roles include leadership positions at Oakbrook Finance, Indesser and TDX Group. Matt’s role at Arum is to lead the company strategy, strengthen client relationships and oversee day-to-day operations.                                                 

Matt has worked for Arum since 2008, originally joining as a consultant and progressing to becoming a principal consultant and delivery lead. He has extensive experience in solution development in the Collections and Recoveries space, and the Collections technology market. Matt is responsible for delivering outstanding consulting and services to clients such as BrightHouse, Moneybarn and NewDay, as well as managing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) projects, and Arum’s vendor partnerships. Matt started his role as Director of Advisory in July 2020.

Fran joined Arum in 2022, having spent 20 years working in the financial sector, holding senior roles in project implementation, supplier management, client delivery and consultancy services.  She has previously worked at companies including Experian, Capital One and TDX. Fran leads a team of consultants working across multiple geographies, industries and project types, delivering a wide range of Debt Manager solutions.

Reuben has spent the past two decades helping clients in the financial services and collections and recoveries industry specialising in advisory, NPL investment and software as a service. His previous roles include senior positions at Barclays, Barclaycard, TDX Group, PRA Group, Cabot and Aryza. Reuben will lead Arum’s growth helping Collections & Recoveries leaders across International geographies including Europe, US, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.

Hannah has 15 years' experience in global marketing strategy and execution across large, SME and start-up organisations. She has worked for the Arum Group since 2018 and heads up the Marketing, Brand and Communications team, which looks after all elements of marketing, including international, product, content, digital, social, events, and customer satisfaction.

Anesh has over 20 years’ experience in highly regulated Financial Services environments, covering business restructuring and consultancy, full portfolio and/or business divestiture process, credit risk process improvement, strategic balance sheet and income statement management.

Ella has been working for the Arum Group since 2019 and heads up our Business Operations team. Her team supports the day-to-day operations of the business, and she works closely with our Executive team. Ella is also involved in the implementation and maintenance of the group’s accreditations, including ISO and B Corp.

Owen joined Arum in 2015 as a consultant and has progressed to being Arum’s Head of Delivery Services. He leads a team working across multiple geographies, industries and project types, from managed service offerings to support across collections strategy and system transformation programmes. Owen has 18 years’ experience in collections and recoveries and has worked with over 80 different clients across industry sectors and geographies.
