Arum and Thames Water have been shortlisted for Outsourcing & Partnership Initiative of the Year at the upcoming Credit Awards, the flagship event for the UK’s credit industry.
The initiative focused on transforming Thames Water’s debt management to help achieve its aim of becoming best in class in collections within water utilities. It resulted in a reduction in bad debt charges, an improved collections strategy and better customer service. Read the full case study.
