The challenge
One of the UK’s largest financial services organisations approached Arum’s experts to help them upskill a new team.
They required Debt Manager user training for a new team of 11 employees who had no previous experience of the system. Without a formal training programme in place, this client approached Arum given our years of experience working with them (as well as Debt Manager) to create and deliver a bespoke solution.
The solution
Arum created a two-week training programme, tailoring it to the client’s exact needs. The training sessions enabled attendees to:
- grow in confidence when using the Debt Manager Retail Collection system
- understand the journey from an ‘out-of-the-box’ version of the collections system
- take on ‘hands-on’ collection system roles within the organisation
- support end-to-end change processes regarding design, build, configuration, test and implementation of collection system processes and functionality.
Our experts delivered the training remotely, using live demonstrations and exercises, with a test at the end of each session to ensure knowledge retention and understanding.
The results
The Arum team helped the client meet their goal, which was to ensure that their staff had the full capacity of knowledge to tackle any issues arising in the new centre.
The post-training survey showcased how pleased the staff were with the Arum team and the programme that we put together for them.
100% of training attendees said that they found the course helpful and that they were comfortable in voicing their opinions in class. One of them stated “I thought it was really good, the presenters were great, and the material covered was interesting and relevant”.
